Privacy, Terms & Account Deletion

We collect only what the app needs to work:

• Account data: email address, and phone number when you add one for discovery.
• Profile data: display name, username, bio, country, avatar and cover images.
• Content you create: messages, media uploads, Reels, Moments, Live streams, comments and reactions.
• Call metadata: who called whom, start/end times and status. Call audio and video are not recorded.
• Purchase data: coin purchases, Google Play order identifiers and your in-app coin balance ledger.
• Verification data: documents you voluntarily submit for account verification.
• Device/session data: device label, approximate session activity time and notification tokens.

Data is stored on our managed backend infrastructure. Purchases are verified with the Google Play Developer API. Optional message translation sends the selected message text to our AI translation provider. We do not sell personal data and we do not use third-party advertising SDKs; sponsored banners are created by AnjiCall administrators.

Media, messages and profile data are protected by per-user access rules. You can export a copy of your data from Settings → Privacy & security.

By using AnjiCall you agree not to post or send content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, violent, hateful, harassing, deceptive or infringing. Impersonation, spam and fraud are prohibited.

Every profile, Reel, Moment, sound and live stream can be reported from the in-app menu, and any account can be blocked, muted or restricted. Reports go to our moderation queue and violating content or accounts may be removed or suspended.

Coins and gifts. Coins are a virtual item with no monetary value. On Android they are purchased through Google Play billing. Coins are non-refundable except as required by law or Google Play policy, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be transferred between users, and can only be used to send in-app gifts. Gifts received do not create any withdrawable balance.

You can permanently delete your AnjiCall account inside the app: open Settings → Privacy & security → Delete account and confirm.

Deletion removes your login, profile, media, Reels, Moments, messages you own, contacts, notifications and device sessions. Purchase and coin-ledger records are retained in de-identified form only where financial and tax record-keeping obligations require it; any remaining coin balance is forfeited and is not refundable.

If you cannot sign in, contact us from the email address on the account and we will process the deletion.
